Application Form

Annual membership is $100, and runs from July 1 through June 30. Once your membership application is approved, you will receive an email with information on how to make your payment. We use PayPal to process these online membership payments; you will have the opportunity to use either the PayPal app or a major credit card to pay your membership fee online. You can also choose to send a check through the USPS.

Michiana Estate Planning Council is affiliated with the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils and joining can fulfill the requirement of belonging to an affiliated local estate planning council to become an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designee. Please contact the national office at 866-226-2224 to learn more about the Accredited Estate Planner® designation.
